Weekend recap.

I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. I sure did, I spent it with friends, family and miss daisy as usual. Here are some snaps from my weekend.



Yummy drinks at the bye & bye and veggie grill with a friend.



-Miss Daisy being a scardy cat standing at the top of the stairs that go into the basement.
-She likes to lay really close to my face and poking me with her paw until I wake up so she can go the bathroom when she wakes up.



-I am loving my new short hair, I am so glad I did it. Such a fun new change.
-Lots of iced coffee everyday. I am currently in love all over again with caramel macchiato.



She has turned this pillow into her make shift doggy bed. She just fits on it not for long though.



Oh then there was that time that Kat V D replied to one of my tweets totes made my day. She was responding to this picture.





I also made shirley temples and a smore pie that was the most time consuming pie EVER. And I didn't read the directions all the way but it was still super yummy. Even though I didn't let it refrigerate it for the three hours it asked for. We had it at a family dinner where my mom made the BEST mushroom and bacon burgers I had a major food baby after all it was consumed and I slept like a baby that night.





Sunday was about Bloody's and eggs benedict for brunch and cupcakes later on in the evening for that sweet treat. All in all it was the perfect weekend. I was not looking forward to today because the past five days I slacked big time in my gym work outs. I take one day off for rest but mondays seem so hard to get going, so then two days turns into three and so on. So today will be a tough work out but I WILL get though it and it will feel amazing. So here's to a new week ahead.

Photobomb.

I tried doing an outfit post with my Velvet bird. Book worm dress. But the puppies were just not having it, So these photos are example of puppy butt photo bombs. I tried getting them to at least look at the camera but that wasn't happening either. I think I need a remote for self portrait pictures. I thought these were funny photos with the dogs and just had to share and now I will be done obsessing over this dress I may have worn it two days in a row almost a third. I think I need to save up for another one of her dresses. I hope your all having a great Friday and have some fun things planned for the weekend. xo Tabatha

I am addicted.

After seeing my friend Sarah Pin this drink on Pinterest I knew I had to make it ASAP, so the I froze some coffee to make the ice cubes for the next morning. And the rest was history I am hooked. Basically it's a glass of your choice of milk with coffee ice cubes that's it folks as easy as pie and so delicious. In other news I have added some goodies to my Shoppe. Like these pretty shoes. Coming to an etsy near you.

Lately, I've been becoming more focused on finding more goodies for my etsy. I have been tempted on trying my luck with big cartel but I am not all that sure yet. Here are a few sneak peaks at some pretties coming this week. A look at my vintage collection There are a few other things as well along with two pairs of cuuute shoes I am so bummed they aren't my size but it does make it easier to put up for sale if there is no way of me ever wearing them. Change is good.

Today after much thought into thinking if I wanted to take the plunge and chop off my hair. I haven't had short hair since back in 2010. And after it was all said and done I looked at the floor and my mouth dropped "OMG SO MUCH HAIR!" she said "Well we chopped off a good six inches. Are you ok?" I love it but was in shock about how long my hair really had gotten. But I am so in love with it and it's so much fun it will definitely help in those summer mouths when it gets so hot. Well that's if Portland gets a proper summer this year, last year it rained for the most of it till around august it started to get hot. Today was also a happy mail day I got my Velvet bird. bookwarm dress. And it fits amazing, oh so comfortable and I just want to wear it everyday. The quality is great she does amazing work, so if you have ever thought about buying a dress I highly highly recommend in doing so. I will have to do a proper outfit post in it soon maybe tomorrow we shall see. Have a wonderful day. xo Tabatha

Thrifty Thursday.

A day late, I had planned on getting this post up yesterday but the day got in the way and working internet would be nice at home to. Hopefully I can get that figured out soon because it's getting to be really annoying. I haven't done a thirfty thursday post in a while I thought it was about time to bring it back. I bought these things a few weeks ago. It was a great thrifty day indeed, I also haven't been on a thrifting trip in a while after getting the little puppy I haven't been able to have to much extra cash. I think I need to sneak a little one in soon I've been itching for a thrifting day, Well these are my finds. It was a good day for pyrex finds. It seemed for a while they either didn't exist or were way over priced for majorly beat up stuff which is always sad. But right now I am saving my pennies for the Portland Flea coming up on the 16th. I've never been but when my friend Anna asked me today I was SO excited, Hopefully I find some goodies there. I've been slowly adding more to my etsy shop, I just need to photograph and put them up. There are some good ones coming up just you wait and see.


Also Daisy turns 11 weeks this sunday, she sure is growing like a weed they really don't stay puppy size for long. I wish they did but didn't I can't wait till potty training and her wanting to bite me all the time is over. Happy Friday everyone I hope you all have a relaxing and great weekend. xo Tabatha
