Everyone meet Autumn.

I thought it would be a good idea to introduce Miss Autumn, since I talk about her quite often.

So everyone meet Autumn.


She is my niece and the cutest little girl in the world. She will be two come January 30th. I cannot believe it they seem to grow up so fast. This is how I spend my lovely days Monday-Thursday I've been watching her for my sister since the day she was born, and I love it I couldn't imagine not watching this little ball of energy. We do craft projects all the time, I love that she has already taken a liking to my favorite loves crafting,baking and clothes. I think what you all want to see are some cute pictures I'll make her a big scrapbook one day there I've taken TONS of photos.

Miss autumn and cooper. My sister wanted to autumn to have a puppy she got to grow up with. They are a year apart and she loves him so much.

She's a wiz at cell phones already. She'll text people for me sometimes. The text usually read a little something like this "ksdjfdkj" etc.

Autumn and her momma. I love her pretty red dress it matches the jacket I got her perfectly. She picked out the shoes herself. I tried finding them in my size and failed. :(






Her and Olivia decided to hide in the closet. Well olivia more just wanted to sleep, Yes that would be autunmn tugging at the poor puppies hair.

Looking back at these makes me realize how fast she has grown. I love this little girl to death and cant wait to watch her grow and take her to school and see her make little friends aww. Now you'll know who miss autumn is in future post.

I am off today me and autumn are going over to my house to unpack for a few hours before I have to pick my brother up from school.

A kitty cat. I've always wanted one, I used to take care of my Grandpa's cat when I was younger. But everyone I've ever lived with has been allergic. So now that I am on my own and I can't have my puppy with me. I want to get myself a kitty in a few months. I've done research and they aren't as expensive as getting a dog. I do want a kitty but I've been thinking I want to rescue a kitty, I've always wanted to rescue a animal although I'll probably want to take them all home. I'm excited!

a sneak peak

Good morning, isn't it just a lovely day!


I feel like Meg ryan in the beginning of you've got mail when she's smelling scotch tape and says "You can't beat that." She's just so bubbly and genuinely happy. I have slept in my new place for two nights now. I thought the first night would be a little scary I've never lived alone before only with room mates. But it was the complete opposite I felt so at home like i've been living here for years. I have felt lately that my life feels like a dream that at any moment I will wake up and say to myself " wow that was the best dream I wish that could be real." But this my life, I feel so blessed and am so thankful. I have dreamed of being at this place for forever it seems. I always felt things just would never work out. I got so frustrated my mom always would tell me " Everything happens for a reason when its your time it will come" And boy was she right. I would always dream in my head of the perfect house, and decorating it in my head dreaming of storing and displaying my pretty pyrex and vintage dish wear. Then last week I came upon a house that had everything on my check list I had been making since my search for a house began. There were somethings I did not like so being typical me I wasn't going to get it because in my head I wanted EVERYTHING on my list. But my mom was very persistent in me sending in a application. So I filled out the rental application to see what would happen, to be honest I wasn't sure if I would get it because I was asking for a two bedroom house all to myself. And through my experience not a lot of people were comfortable with that. But my landlord contacted me the next day and everything fell so seemingly into place it felt like this was all meant to be. I even had all green lights driving to my house to sign the lease (silly but I thought it was kinda cool) The lease got signed and I am in love with my new place to location is perfect it's close to everything I love. All my cute little shops, food, theaters. It's all perfect, every time I wake up I have to say " Wow so this is real" smile to myself and get out of bed to the smell of coffee brewing thanks to those loving timers. "The best part of waking up is starbucks in your cup" I know its folgers but that coffee is icky.

Now on to the good stuff I wanted to show a before/after these photos are before I have decorated or done anything. I wanted to do it before I had boxes or anything in it. But I moved in to fast to get some snap shots in. So without further ado

A little something I picked up from urban the other night.




My kitchen a work in progress. The house is original to the 1927 it was built in but the owner before my landlord re did the kitchen in the 80's. So I'm still trying to figure out how to do this and find my farm table. Yes it will fit I will make it fit.

pretty little lovelies

Dear 2011,

You are already rocking my socks off. Yesterday I singed my lease ( I still can't believe it.) I never thought the day would come when I would move my stuff out of that storage unit,or need a u haul truck to move all my crap. I feel truly blessed, I know I felt at times like I was never going to find a house and that Id either have to stay at my moms or get a apartment. Because nobody wanted to lease a house to just little old me ( which I never understood) But this house seemed to fall into place so perfectly, and the house has such a amazing vibe going on. I feel like my year is just going to be magical if it's anything like all of this. Today will continue to rock as I have plans to eat breakfast at my favorite cafe in town with my mom to enjoy some yummy biscuits and eggs. My stomach is talking to me just thinking about it. After that I have day full of moving and unpacking, sushi and black swan with my friend miss tami. I can't wait to get started on today.
