Puppies

So the time has come to add a new puppy to the house hold. We recently lost our golden Alexis to heart and kidney failure my mom has come around to getting a new one. A couple months ago my sister got her own puppy for her and her daughter he's a Goberian. Half siberian husky and half golden retriever he is a big ball of energy. Now that my sister and daughter have moved out a long with the new doggy my moms been wanting one more so because its so quiet without the little foot steps around the house but first ,This is Cooper.

Today we went to look at puppies It's actually Cooper's birth sister I got to meet his mommy today she's absolutely gorgeous. They are only four weeks old so we have to wait another four weeks till we can have her. But she is so adorable, hers a picture I took with her today. I forgot how cute little golden puppies were, and their puppy breath that and newborn baby breath. Well that just sounds weird. I don't have a name our old dog Alexis my brother came up with it fit her so perfectly I couldn't see naming her anything else. We have four weeks to think about it so I think were good. I cant wait to be all snuggled up with her and watch a movie. Puppies are so snugly when they are that little I cant wait.

Fashion Friday

Today one of my fashion loves. Bows I love them anything with a bow big or small. They are so cute and add that girly touch.

My love for them started at a young age

I even wore a big bow for my birthday last year. I wanted bigger but this was the biggest I could find.

well enough about bows. Its Friday ah TGIF go out and have fun.

the house blues

I'm having some serious blues. I recently moved out of my old place and on the search for a new place. It has proven to be a lot harder then I even imagined. This post is of my dream home what I would want it to look like. But a little looksie into my last place.

Kitchen it was small but so cute.

I bought that old milk bottle just for this flower.

Now on to my dream home.

I'm just in love with shabby chic by rachel ashwell. She is amazing at what she does. I would love to go shopping with her to find all her great finds.

But for now I'll just daydream in these photos.

baking day

Today was quite the chilly day. So I decided it was the perfect day to make something I make every fall and into the winter months.Banana bread it makes the house smell super yummy and taste good to. So me and miss Autumn ( the most adorable little girl in the world, my niece ) went to the grocery store to pick up some banana's to make the banana bread.

So we will start off with what ingredients you will need.You should have these just sitting around your kitchen already.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

3 or 4 ripe bananas, smashed

1/3 cup melted butter

1 cup sugar

1 egg beaten

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 teaspoon baking soda

pinch of salt

1 1/2 cups of all purpose flour

Step one & two Cut up your bananas and put into a bowl and mash them up. I used a potato masher it works better then a fork.

Step three and four add melted butter and sugar

now stir all those ingredients together.

Step five and six: Add the egg and vanilla extract

Add the flour and a pinch of salt and stir.

Add mixture to buttered pan then get excited about how good it smells and will soon be in your belly.

Bake for one hour. Cool on a rack. Remove from pan and slice and wah la you made yourself some yummy banana bread.

Music Monday

Monday always seems to be that day everyone dreads after that nice weekend trying to get back into the swing of things. So why not have Monday be about music I am in love with at the moment. And how perfect to start off this first music monday post being Dead man's bones perfect for this spooky time of year. Dead man's bones is made up of Ryan gosling and Zach Shields.

Hello, My name is Tabatha and I love everything vintage, cupcakes ( I am kind of a cupcake snob actually I even have a cupcake tattoo. no its true and its adorable.), baking, coffee, And taking pretty pictures. I just recently started up my own Etsy shop its always been on my mind so one day I was like why not. So check it out, it's still in the early stages. I've also never had a blog so this is all new to me. I read blogs all the time for inspiration. So we shall see how this goes I am off to decorate some yummy caramel apples to go with my warm hot coco. Which shall be in tomorrow's post.
